Can I switch from a Next Gen to an Aficionado account, or vice versa?

When signing up, you’ll be asked whether you’d like to create an account as a Next Gen, Aficionado, or both — each with its own simple setup process. You can hold both roles at the same time, allowing you to both learn from others and share your own insights!

If you registered as an Aficionado, nothing further is required for you to use Questionpoint as a Next Gen and book video chat sessions.

If you registered as a Next Gen and you wish to become an Aficionado, you can go to your account settings and select "Aficionado Registration" where you will be directed to complete the Aficionado registration form, after which you will undergo the onboarding process.
