Registration – All users are required to register by completing the registration form where you select to register as a Next Gen or Aficionado. Aficionados will be required to complete and submit an additional form to detail their background and experiences, following which they will undergo the onboarding process.
Bookings – Once registered, the Next Gen can filter through available Aficionados and make a booking for a video chat with the Aficionado of their choice and both parties will be notified of the booking.
Video Chat – The session takes place via a video chat, where the Next Gen leads the conversation and the Aficionado shares their insights and guidance.
Feedback and Further Sessions – Following the video chat session, both parties are encouraged to leave feedback on each other. The Next Gen should consider booking further sessions to continue learning from experienced Aficionados.
Release of Payment – Subject to the terms and conditions and no complaints being raised in relation to the Aficionado, Questionpoint will credit the Aficionado's wallet with the Aficionado Rate of the booking.
