I am going on holiday or will be unavailable for a while, what shall I do?
You can enable Holiday Mode in your account settings. This will ensure your profile remains active on Questionpoint but will temporarily pause your availability until you're back and ready to take sessions again. Once you're ready to resume, simply turn Holiday Mode off and your availability will be restored.
Please ensure that you update your schedule and availability periodically to avoid sessions conflicting with other commitments.
