My session has been cancelled, what shall I do?

We're sorry to hear your session has been cancelled. The following will apply to you depending on your role:

  • - If you are an Aficionado, your time slot will automatically reopen and become available for booking by others.
  • - If you are a Next Gen, the Aficionado Rate you paid for the video chat session booking will be credited to your Questionpoint Wallet and you may proceed with booking another video chat session.
