If you joined the session, you must wait a third of the scheduled session's duration for the other party to join (e.g., 20 minutes for 1hr sessions, 5 minutes for 15-minute sessions). If they don’t show up within that window, please take a screenshot or make a brief note to document the non-attendance and report it by contacting us at www.questionpoint.co.uk/contact-us.
